The space You have access to the entire condo, a shared pool, expansive beach, putting green, shuffleboard, and grilling area. This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite. You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. My properties have always been cleaned by professionals, and they continue to sanitize and disinfect the property after each guest checks out paying extra attention to high touch areas, allowing time for disinfectant products to work as designed, and allowing sufficient time to ventilate the rooms.
