The space Our one story home sits on a quiet, family friendly street in the heart of Studio City. You’ll be close to the 101 freeway for easy access, yet tucked far enough that you won’t hear traffic noise. The backyard is our favorite part of the home. Enjoy morning coffee in the shaded gazebo, take calls or work outdoors with fast WiFi, cool off in the saltwater pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, or host a BBQ in the sunshine. We added a second outdoor router to ensure reliable high speed internet for guests who work remotely. Inside, the home is filled with natural light during the day, with blackout treatments in all bedrooms to create a restful environment at night. The layout is simple and comfortable, making it perfect for families, long stays, and anyone wanting a peaceful LA home base. Interior The newly remodeled kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, French press, electric kettle, spices, cookware, dishware, and everything you need to cook at home. Smart TV with all major apps, dining area with additional chairs, and a pull out couch in the living room. Washer and dryer with detergent and cleaning supplies provided. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King bed, closets, private full bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer, first aid kit, and private front entrance with key code. Bedroom 2: Two full beds, large closet, dresser, full length mirror. Bedroom 3: King bed, multiple closets, dresser, full length mirror, sliding door to backyard. We use this room as the primary because of the light and backyard access. Shared bathroom includes shower, towels, hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, and essentials. All bedrooms have premium mattresses and bedding for comfort and great sleep. Exterior Large backyard with gazebo, shaded lounge spaces, outdoor dining, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, storage, and a removable pool fence available upon request. Pool and jacuzzi heat available for an additional charge. This space is ideal for families, friends, and travelers seeking a peaceful setting with easy access to the best of Studio City and LA. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, pool, jacuzzi, driveway, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. A removable safety fence can be installed around the pool before your arrival if requested in advance. The street requires permits for long term parking but the driveway fits two cars. Other things to note This is a peaceful, family friendly home on a quiet residential street, but still close to everything Studio City has to offer. You can walk to Whole Foods, Hugos Tacos, Hugos Restaurant, Monster Thai, Gino’s Pizza, Sushi Sazanami, and several markets and cafés. Ventura Blvd is a short drive with endless restaurants, shops, and fitness studios. Just a few minutes away is The Shops at Sportsman’s Lodge, a trendy outdoor mall with Equinox, Erewhon, Sugarfish, Uovo, HiHo, Alo, Reformation, FP Movement, Vuori, coffee shops, restaurants, and great places to hang out. A removable pool fence is available and can be installed before arrival if requested. Pool and jacuzzi heat are available for an additional charge. For transparency, there is a completely separate Airbnb attached to the house that shares one wall with the kitchen. It has its own entrance and address and no access to the home or backyard. Privacy has never been an issue, but we like to mention it for full transparancy. Universal Studios, Fryman Canyon, Runyon Canyon, Pinz Bowling, and The Hollywood Bowl are all minutes away.
