Private room w/private bathroom in a renovated Victorian boutique hotel, not a private home. sleeps 2. The property is walking distance to the City Hall, Opera house, Hayes Valley with many restaurants and close to Moscone Convention Center. Free wi-fi. Host will Refund Housekeeping fees up to $100 METERED STREET PARKING, BUT CHECK FOR SIGNS AND TIMES Close Garage parking $35+/day The space The Ballet approx. 200 sf Sleeps 2 Queen size bed, television, a nightstand with a lamp, a desk or round table with two chairs and a kitchenette and private bathroom with microwave oven, coffeemaker, small refrigerator flatware, glassware, and silverware for two. (no stove or hot plate) Central air conditioning is not offered, but the rooms have ceiling fans, and extra portable fans can be requested at the front desk. Features & Amenities: Queen size bed(s) with pillow top mattresses & 2 night stands Armoire closet Kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker(no stove) Flat screen TV w/ DVD Player CD player Hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels Alarm clock Iron & ironing board Wireless internet access (free) DUE TO COVID, ONSITE RESTAURANT IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED: Rooms are assigned at time of check in, you may not get the actually room as shown on photo, just like any hotel. Each room is basically decorated the same. If you are not happy with the room assigned, or have a preference (upper/lower floor etc) please feel free to contact the front desk/management. Inn at the Opera does not have free or on-site parking Offsite garage parking (approx $35+/day) All guests must comply with resort rules. No smoking. No pets. Must be 18 or older to check in. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservations with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . Therefore, there are no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. CHECK-IN: Your room is assigned at time of check-in. Therefore, you may not get the room, as shown in the pictures, but very similar. The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for refundable security deposit $250. These documents must match the name on your reservations. If you should need a different room, due to location or other issues, please contact the front desk and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime AGE - The Tenant must be age 18 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name. USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. There is one elevator on the property, it will be undergoing necessary renovations from October 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. During this time, the elevator will be unavailable, and guests will need to use the stairs to access their rooms. Please note that there are 19 steps between each floor.
