Welcome to our recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest house. We are located in an established neighborhood 5-15 minutes from Fort Liberty, community pool & recreation center, shopping centers, grocery stores, hospitals, airport, restaurants, downtown, Segra Stadium-home of Fayetteville Woodpeckers baseball team, Festival Park, churches, movies and entertainment. We strive to make you feel like you are at a home away from home here at R&S Guesthouse. The space We provide a complimentary breakfast of instant oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot cocoa & bottled water. There are 2 Roku TVs (living room & master bedroom) no cable, however, we do have antenna TV(living room only) that picks up local channels, WIFI throughout, so you're able to access Netflix, and a host of other streaming channels. All lamps in bedrooms have a USB port and charging station in living room as well. You'll have complete access to the entire guesthouse, with the exception of THE GARAGE; WALKTHROUGH ACCESS TO BACKYARD ONLY. NO PARKING IN GARAGE. MAINTAINED AS A MAINTENANCE AREA. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you'll need, to include: range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee pot and electric tea kettle. You'll also have access to washer & dryer. Other things to note Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. COVID-19 restrictions may apply.
