'Cozy Ocean Retreat' also has a large front and back patio for your summer enjoyment. Both patios are fully enclosed, perfect for small children & pets. Comfortable for dinning or lounging. All our restaurants and unique retail shops are on 2nd Street just a few minutes walk. Restaurants are open to outside dinning and are pet friendly. We welcome pets at 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' and Rosie's dog beach is one and a half blocks down the street! We have a hose off the enclosed front patio for bathing your four legged friend after a romp on Rosie's dog beach. We ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the house unless crated. Our private secure garage with remote, available for guests use has beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. We provide a fully stocked kitchen and extra towels & linens. You can rent a bike or scooter and take the bike path all the way to downtown LB or stroll 2nd street and enjoy the many boutique restaurants that offer delivery or take out. We just ask that you observe quiet hours, no parties are allowed. A perfect flexstay retreat for long stays or a mini staycay. Belmont Shore has scooters & bikes for rent. Pick ups/drop offs are all over just download the apps for locations. Razor or Lime. We have bike lanes on most streets throughout Long Beach. Also the bike path goes all the way down to the Queen Mary or downtown Long Beach for a day of exploration, dinning or shopping. Street Sweeping days: Tues & Thurs 9am-11am. Garbage collection: Tues. 8am-11am. Trash bins in alley, back of house. Purple bin for recycle. Please make sure back gate is always locked. Remove shoes before entering house. Do not leave pets alone in house unless crated. Wash pets off after returning from beach activities. Use front patio hose & beach towels. No loud noise after 10pm.
