Two complimentary kayaks are available for guest use. A deck stretches across the back of the home, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the sunrise. The shaded backyard is ideal for kids to run around and play. What’s nearby: This home boasts a great location on the shore of the Colorado River, perfect for water fun, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, boating, swimming, fishing, and more! Fun day trips are possible to nearby Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park, while conveniences in Kingsland are also a short drive away. Things to know This home is unavailable for special events such as bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, prom, homecoming, or senior graduation parties. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
