Palmers Point on Jeremy Creek with Dock

Welcome to Palmer's Point on Jeremy creek with a 40' floating dock. Our spacious, comfortable home is 2700 sf on 2 acres with beautiful Grand oaks. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large living room with fireplace, large living room, screened in back deck and side deck with gas grill. Lower has large patio and large screened in room. The space Welcome to Palmer's Point in Historic McClellanville SC!!! Our 4 bedroom, 4 bath home overlooks Jeremy Creek and has a deepwater dock. It is on 2 acres with several GRAND oaks, fig trees, grapes, etc. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. Hardwood floors throughout. Large kitchen with dining room, huge living room with fireplace. Large covered and screened back day. That is where we seem to live! The house is great for a large group.....and WEDDINGS under the historic Live Oaks!! Enjoy the views of the shrimp boats going out or coming in via Jeremy Creek to the Intracoastal Waterway. MCVL is one of the largest shrimping villages....we also have the best oyster's none to man...Bull's Bay Oysters. Forgot to mention the blue crabs and fish!!! We have a deep water dock so you can catch it yourself, but if your not in the mood, just run down to the Carolina Seafood Market...they are the greatest. The seafood is fresh off the boats and their crab and shrimp dip is the best....not to mention the Captain's Wafer's they through in!! There is also TW Grahams and other restaurants just 5 minutes away. (Pets welcome with owners approval. Smoking outside only. All events need to be approved by owners). Guest access Whole house. Other things to note Boat landing - The closet is across the creek at McClellanville Town hall. However, they now only offer an annual pass for $100....no longer daily fees. However, Buck Hall Recreation Area and Boat Landing is about is about 5 miles S and is free to put in. They charge $7 a day to park there...but doubt you would do that. There is also Pole Yard Boat landing N. Santee which is free.
