Welcome to your Scottsdale rental! An entire 2 story condo, with a single car garage (unique). Just outside of Old Town Scottsdale. Relax in this cozy 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. Inside amenities: wash/ dryer, WiFi, and TV. There is a community pool, hot tub, and grills available. The green belt walk-way is just out the back gate for exercise or walking the pup. Yes... DOG FRIENDLY! I live local and can give great recommendations for things to do and places to eat! City of Scottsdale License #2022551 The space Second floor condo that is two stories. Laundry room inside the unit, if needed. Common pool area and a hot tub. Relax and read on the outside, west facing, patio OR on the bedroom patio south facing. The best part, you’ll never have to search for parking because you have your own garage!!! Guest access The entire place is yours :) On initial arrival, access the condo through the front door located up the stairs. There is a keyless lock on the door behind the metal screen door. Other things to note For your safety and convenience on check in, there are Ring WiFi cameras at both access points of the condo; the front door and in the garage. You can communicate with us through these should you have issues accessing the space. Pool maintenance is occasionally performed by the HOA during the winter months. If you are visiting us December through February and are considering using the pool area, please check with us to confirm it is open.
