Downtown Pittsburgh is only 10-12 minutes drive. The space The house is located in one of the best and safest neighborhoods of the city. It is only two blocks away from the main street where you can find tons of different restaurants, cafes, local shops, grocery stores, library and even a movie theater! You will have the entire basement of this townhouse to yourself. You will have your own private entrance with access to our beautiful back garden. The studio is bright and airy and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a large full bathroom, an office desk and chair for those who work remotely, and a TV. Free street parking is plentiful.
