The house is located at the end of a private road allowing you to hear the sounds of nature and to have no traffic near the chalet. ♦ You will have access to the entire chalet and the land. The 1st floor offers 2 closed bedrooms, the one and only bathroom with a bath-shower, as well as a huge open and illuminated room comprising the kitchen, the large dining table, the main living room with L-shaped sofa bed, an electric fireplace and a small workspace. Air conditioning is connected in the summer in the large room. ♦ A large balcony spans the entire width of the 1st floor and gives you a breathtaking view of the Lake. The balcony is furnished with chairs and a propane BBQ. ♦ The garden level offers an intimate third bedroom with sliding door, a second living room with a play area for children and a wood fireplace. We offer a washer and dryer located in the basement. ♦ The garden level leads to ground level and the SPA is found right next to the chalet door. ♦ In summer, you have access to a large dock with a rocking chair at the end, and can take advantage of the 4 kayaks and the pedal boat. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st. And the outdoor fireplace !! ♦ In winter, you can slide on the slope of the land that leads to the lake with our sled and Three-Skis !! Guest access ✦ By booking with us you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby! Other things to note *PETS* Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the chalet. *TV* We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channel. You will have access to an Apple TV as well as an Android player that will allow you to connect to the television. *BARBECUE* Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April. * FIREPLACE / LOGS * There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your wood. You can buy them near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay. The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
