Marv's Mini House is a nicely renovated guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 450 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. The space Clean, private cottage in a great central location. Perfect for visiting nearby family/ friends. Short walk to the UC Davis Medical Center and East Sac's shops and restaurants. Easy access to major freeways and only 10 minutes to Midtown, downtown and the Capitol. Guest access The Mini House is accessed through the gated entrance at the end of our driveway. You will have your own key code to access the house. Specific details are provided in the host manual when you book. A visitor pass is required for street parking. 1 visitor pass is provided for guest use. There is ample street parking on our quiet street Other things to note We utilize a RING video doorbell on the front door of Marv’s Mini House. Ringing the doorbell will send an alert to our phone. Parking permits are required for street parking. 1 parking pass is provided for guests. The smart TV requires your own subscription for individual apps. We are aware of the fact that assistance animals, whether a service animal or emotional support animal, play an important role in some guest’s ability to travel.
