Welcome to the Nationally Historic Hollywood Tower! My rad pad has been recently renovated for the modernist with the taste for glamour, romance, mystery, and fine craftsmanship. You will be steps away from the amazing Franklin Village shops and restaurants, the Upright Citizens Brigade comedy theater and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. (5 min or less) The space Stepping through an enchanting doorway that once welcomed Monroe, Bogart and Chaplain, you'll discover timeless Hollywood style reborn. The glamorous lobby and intimate corridors have been tastefully renovated to highlight the building's vintage character in a way that's both elegant and respectful. Inside the apartment, the beautifully resolved vintage details merge with fine contemporary fixtures and finishes to provide charming history for those who desire a taste of the old Hollywood lifestyle. The top of the building boasts three massive outdoor rooftop patios offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, DTLA, and West LA. East patio social area complete with a BBQ bar and group seating; workout or work on your tan on the upper north patio which includes exercise bikes and lounge chairs; or play a game of super-size twister or chess on the lower north patio that faces the Hollywood Hills. Guest access Amenities: There are 3 Rooftop decks available until 10:00 PM. Please keep the noise low, people live on that floor and will hear the sounds when their windows are open. Go explore. There is a grill, human-size chessboard, and twister. Get jiggy wit it. The gym and laundry room are located in the basement. Laundry pods under the sink in the apartment. Use the fob to access the gym. Neigborhood: Franklin Village is a hotspot for local actors/producers/artist. Take a right out of the building and walk two blocks and you will see the bars along with Gelsons for grocery. Famous Hollywood Walk of Fame is 2 blocks away.
