In a restored historic building, quiet 2 bedroom apt with river views of the Delaware river & Catskills mtn. 1 mile to Margaretville for food shopping. The Space is yours for the stay with a full kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed and the worlds most comfortable memory foam mattress, large living room with a sofa bed and 55 inch flatscreen TVs with NETFLIX included. The sofa has a full-sized sofa bed that can be set up. It’s basically good for one person to sleep on or two small children but there is also a self inflating queen-sized air mattress that can either be set up in the living room or in the second bedroom-massage/pilates room for more privacy for extra guests. I enclosed pictures of the air mattress set up both ways. There is a very large open hallway to the bathroom with views of the mountains that are breathtakingly beautiful especially watching the sunset over the mountains. The bathroom has a tub shower and is very spacious with a huge mirror on one wall and a window with Mountain Views. The second bedroom is set up for massage therapy or private pilates/yoga sessions if guests books. I am a NYS licensed massage therapist with over 25 years experience. My boyfriend is an amazing chef who can cook meals to be delivered for the evening or breakfast the next morning. Food requests need to be made in advance by at least 12 pm the day of. Prices vary according to season and availability. If you have a favorite dish you’d love to have prepared for you, please ask in advance, you won’t be disappointed, Rick is an amazing chef. When the weather is nice in the Spring, Summer, and Fall there are lawn chairs and a grill out front for use and there is a fire pit out front for guests use. Ricks’s great at starting up the fire, don’t hesitate to let us know if you need some help. We are in the neighboring apartment if you need anything. At night it is so peaceful and silent and especially beautiful in the winter months because the stars are closer and brighter in the sky. For city dwellers, it is a real treat. The air is clean and fresh here and hardly a car goes by especially at night and in the day it’s easy to hike around the area while surrounded by mountains. There are a few apartments in this complex, but everyone has a separate entrance and keeps to themselves. The guest have complete access to there apartment and to the front porch and parking out front. We live on the property as well in another apartment so guests can have full access to us if they want or can just do their own thing and have complete privacy. I/2 mile to laundromat and one mile to groceries and some shopping on Margaretville Main Street. It’s best to have a car to get around and there is free parking on site. However, there is a bus to here that we would be fine with picking up someone from the bus top if needed about a 1/2 a mile away as long as it is arranged in advance.
