The space This apt is on the main floor and has a private entrance from the front porch with ramp access all on one level. The spacious sunroom includes a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, large screen TV, and electric fireplace. The newly renovated kitchenette is great for light meals/refreshments and a brand new large bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and bidet toilet feels like relaxing in a spa. Perfect for couples, families, pets, extended stay, or a bride preparing for their big day. While the apartment is rented as "self-catering" guests may add breakfast in the Inn when available in the main dining room, for an additional fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property! Common areas include 2nd floor Guest Pantry with beverages and snacks, living room, 1920s Movie Theater with reclining stadium seating, sweet treat snack bar, and secret bookcase door to the not-so-secret Speakeasy and Lounge with game table. Outside, guests enjoy the front porch rocking chairs with view of horse paddocks, rear porch fire pit lounge, jacuzzi, creekside wood burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs, barn and pasture with horses, pigs, and goats. Other things to note Our Innkeepers prepare and serve a wonderful two-course breakfast for our B&B guests daily from 8 - 10 am in the main floor gourmet kitchen and dining room. As this area is directly above the Prohibition Apartment, please note that you may experience some noise from breakfast preparations and service during these hours. We strive to keep disturbances to a minimum. Apartment guests have the flexibility to prepare their own meals in their fully equipped private kitchens. Should you desire to experience our Inn's breakfast service, you are warmly invited to join us in the main dining room for an additional fee.
