The space This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 883 - 906 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in guest bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, washer/dryer and a balcony. Ocean front rooms are not guaranteed and views will vary. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. The Pool and Common Area spaces will be closed during this time. Additionally, noise and dust can be expected as we work to improve the resort. Front Desk Hours of Operation: 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after 11pm., please use the phone outside the doors to call security to meet you. Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. There is no parking for recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers on property. Not all suites are oceanfront, we are unable to guarantee oceanfront views. Suite layouts vary and are not guaranteed. Most of the pool space is located on the indoor side for your enjoyment all year-round with a few feet extended outside for your sunbathing pleasure during warmer months. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board, or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
