Converted temperature controlled game room in garage downstairs with air conditioning and a comfy extra large couch. Hangout and get competitive playing pool, foosball, darts, pac man, tic-tac-toe and more. Lakefront backyard designed for FUN featuring a well maintained always warm hot tub, kids climbing structure, kayaks, fishing poles, giant floating lily pad, wood fire pit, propane fire pit, propane grill, lakeside cabana with TV and blackstone grill, easy access to the lake with stairs and handrail. Bring your boat and jet skis (public boat launch 5 minutes away for easy drop off and pickup) and covered/lifted universal dock. Driveway parking is available for three cars. Parking for 2-3 additional vehicles and trailers is available on separate parking lot a block away. Pets allowed for $250 non-refundable deposit (one time fee covers up to 2 pets where applicable). Maximum of 2 pets per booking.
