(STR 843-269) The space This is a 3-storey house and the main floor (entry) has one back room with a queen bed and a pull out couch. It also has a half bath and access to a deck and small backyard. There is a door to the basement which is a ‘no access’ to guest space as well as the garage. The main living area, kitchen and dining are on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, and open concept and very bright with lots of natural light and amazing views of Strathcona Park and the Ottawa river. There is a balcony by the kitchen, that has some patio furniture and can be enjoyed for your morning coffee or tea. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, bathtub and an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet and amazing view of the river. The other 2 rooms have Queen size beds and large closets. Laundry room is also on this level as well as a second full bathroom. Each floor of the house has smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and each level has a fire extinguisher. Locations of Fire Extinguishers: Main level – on the top shelf of the large closet by the front door Second Floor – Under the kitchen sink Third floor – on the floor in the laundry room – next to the washing machine. Guest access No Guest access to the Basement and Garage. The rest of the house is accessible to all guests. Parking is available in the driveway of the house. Other things to note Check out by 10AM No extra people other than the guest staying in the house. Max occupancy is 8 people. - There are working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms on each level of the house, do not disconnect or tamper with them. - There are also 3 Fire Extinguishers in the house, located on each level. There are no audio/video recordings on site. -No Drugs, No Illegal Substances. - Smoking and Vaping Regulations as per the Smoking and Vaping (By-law No. 2019-241). If you smoke or vape where it is not allowed, you may be charged with an offence and subject to a fine ($1,000 for a first offence, $5,000 for any further offence) if convicted. Absolutely No Loud Noise After 11 pm. Fines range from $400 to $10,000 per offence. -Please double check all of your belongings before you check out because we will not be responsible for returning anything that is left behind or lost. Please make sure you take your phone chargers/valuable. -Host holds no responsibility for any injuries or even in case of death of anyone during your stay at the place. - Free parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway of the house and directly in front of the house. - Pet free home due to allergies.
