The best thing about this unit is the location, the view, and having the beach just steps away. It is located near the Santa Monica pier and the 3rd Street Promenade. Here we have restaurants, movies and nightlife, all with walking distance. The space If you are doing business in the city or on vacation the location is central. It is near public transportation, the light rail is 5 blocks and goes to Culver City, downtown including USC and the Staples Center. Downtown Santa Monica is just blocks away with lots of shopping. Guest access We have boogie boards and beach towels available for guests and bikes to rent are close by. The farmers market is also walking distance and goes Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Shared deck with BBQ can be arranged. There are many gyms in the area including Yoga and Spinning. Other things to note This unit has the most wonderful ocean view. You will wake up and smell the ocean. The pier and the sand are just steps away.
