Greenbank Woodland Studio

The Studio is uniquely situated on a 2 1/2 acre property with private access. It is a downstairs studio with (another studio upstairs.) It has its own entrance door and carport covered parking. The studio is a perfect clean warm home base for up to two guests to relax. With many tame deer , rabbits and small seasonal pond the yard is left to grow a bit wild. Explore the Island from this central location. The space The Studio has a large kitchen. A separate living room/bedroom . Bathroom with shower. The Greenbank Woodland Studio is accessible via a gravel driveway/walk . Three easy steps up to the front door. There is one step into the bathroom. The rooms are heated by in wall heaters. Equipped with Internet and Roku TV, and Directv.. What you will notice right away is how peaceful and quiet it is here. The Studio has a lot of deer that come and go in the yard, no hunting on this street. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge stove and microwave, toaster, coffee pot. Queen size bed with memory foam topper. Closet , 1 dresser, dinning room table with 2 chairs and large sectional sofa. Work desk . Black out curtains. Guest access The whole studio will only be used by you. .There is another studio upstairs and you may or may not hear them. If you are a very light sleeper, bring ear plugs in case they get up earlier than you .You will have the whole studio to yourself . Other guest may wander over the property. I encourage you to explore the whole property , it is for everyone to walk about .Sit on the grass or move chairs and slow down a bit. Fenced vegetable garden is private area. Other things to note I have been a house/vacation cleaner for 40 years.. the studio will be cleaned and sanitized. No washer and dryer in the studio.Laundry done at $10. per load. Put basket on my porch in morning, will be given back washed, dried but not folded..Sorry no stays longer than 14 days . Many cell phones and personal hot spots have spotty service here,.Walk to the mailbox your phone may work better there..Wi-Fi is power 20 ( no-fiber optics available ). I have zoomed on power 20. Please be quiet after 10pm in consideration of studio upstairs. Use a flashlight at night,the ground is uneven everywhere here. Its the woods! Leave the porch light on if going out at night.Power may go out with wind storms. Use candle ,blanket, bring a cooler, barbaques are everwhere here. Memories made! Any extra people over the posted limit of two. Send $20 per person per nite thru this site, or leave cash in the studio .
