There are two work spaces in the sunroom & games in the living room closet. Smart entry & a professional cleaning service after each stay. It’s an older home, so some squeaks & creaks may occur. Pets allowed for a fee on a case by case, depending on breed & size. Parking is allowed on surrounding streets Very charming home walking distance from the heart of Loveland. The bike trail and canoe livery are walkable as well as nightlife. Quiet street. Street parking only, but usually not an issue unless an event is happening. Come stay in a beautiful home over 100 years old! ***Please note: Our street has permit parking for residents only. Unfortunately, this excludes our guests. This means that guests will have to park on the next block. We are working on a solution.
