Quartz Hill Humble/Quiet Casa

This is a humble home located in a safe, quiet, tucked away neighborhood of Quartz Hill, California. A peaceful escape from the busy streets and away from all the traffic of the valley. The property is landscaped with desert plants and fruit orchard. Each rooms have been thoughtfully decorated. AC/Heater units in each rooms. Black out curtains in each rooms for better sleep. Safe and secured with outdoor cameras. I do not provide streaming services. There is Wi-Fi and a DVD player. The space The kitchen has all that you’ll need including spices, microwave, stove top oven, convention oven toaster, rice cooker, blender, Tupperware’s, teapot and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable couch, a large screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, and family board games. Play pen and baby chair for families. Laundry and dryer available. The bathroom is organized so each guest can have a safe place to put their personal belongings in. There is a dining area in the backyard that allows for peaceful breakfast or meditation overlooking a thoughtfully landscaped backyard and some fruits to enjoy depending on the season. The bedrooms: Room 1: Queen bed and a single foldable cot Room 2: Queen bed Room 3: Double/Full bed All rooms have a desk/laptop desk for school or office work. Important notice: Outdoor security cameras are on the property for safety and security purposes. No tampering with camera systems allowed. The property beyond the red picket fence is off limits and is being used for storage. Guest access You will have to the entire house including fenced private back patio except for locked hallway closet and beyond the red fencing. Smoking is permitted in the backyard ONLY with windows and doors all closed! A fee of $500 and automatic cancellation With no refund will apply if smoking inside is determined. Please dispose of cigarette buds properly. 2. No loud music or excessive noise past 9:00 p.m. ONLY. This is a private neighborhood and we observe quiet times. 3. Extra person in house is not allowed unless authorized by host (a fee of $50/person will apply after 6 guests). 4. Parties are not allowed! Will result in damage fees and automatic cancellation with no refund. 5. No pets allowed in the house. We love pets and have our own but we leave them at home due to sensitivities and allergies that it can present. 6. Please use coasters on all surfaces. 7. Please do not use microwave and toaster oven at the same time. 8. Please open window during or after shower to ventilate the bathroom. 9. Please remove shoes prior to entering the house and use designated shoe rack for shoes storage. 10. Please take trash bins (all colors) to the street on Sundays for Monday morning trash pick-up. This is located in the dry desert. Insect friends and pests are to be expected.
