Green Historic Mt. Pleasant House

Gorgeous LEED Platinum house with an open floorplan on main level. Located on the best street in the best neighborhood of the city, the back looks out on Rock Creek Park. Fully stocked kitchen, back deck with a grill, and mosquito-proofed front porch. Three bedrooms on the top floor; 4th in the basement. Two desks set up in separate bedrooms, including office chairs and wired Ethernet. We also have many items needed for those traveling with kids. The space Come stay in our renovated row house in the beautiful Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, DC. Rock Creek park is our backyard with trail access only 20 feet from the back door. Private off street parking, gas grill, and beautiful spaces both inside and out. The LEED Platinum and ENERGY STAR certified home has an open floorplan, modern furnishings and many features that improve indoor air quality. We have 4 private bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. The master has a king bed and ensuite full bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed (or two twins), the third bedroom a twin bed, and the fourth in the basement has a queen bed and private bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen is ready for guests who want to cook in, and we have plenty of recommendations on local places to visit for those who want to go. The house has wifi throughout, TV and a Wii on the first floor, a TV in the master bedroom. We have a washer/dryer available for guest use as well. Send an email with any questions.
