The single-level layout is bright and functional, featuring a welcoming living area with a large sectional, Smart TV, and electric fireplace. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace provide everything needed for remote work or day-to-day tasks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and complete cookware, making it easy to maintain your regular routine. A starter supply of basic essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably. The home accommodates up to 6 guests: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ample storage • Bedroom 2: Queen bed in a clean, quiet setting • Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ideal for families or shared stays There are 1.5 bathrooms and in-unit laundry, adding convenience for longer stays. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced private backyard with a seasonal pool, BBQ, and 3-hole putting green. (Please note: the hot tub is not available, and backyard access is restricted during winter months for safety.) Additional features include central air conditioning, free driveway parking, and essential safety equipment such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A playpen and high chair are available upon request. Guests have full private access to the home with self check-in via keypad. For privacy and security, some storage areas are locked, and there is a separate occupied unit below with no shared living spaces. Exterior cameras monitor the perimeter only. We respect your privacy while remaining available if needed. Lawn and pool maintenance may occur periodically. As this is a midterm rental, guests are responsible for replenishing consumables after the initial supply. This is a quiet, dependable home designed to provide comfort and stability during longer stays. Guest access You will receive a door code a day prior to your check-in date. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-level home. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, and the kitchen. You will also have private access to the fully fenced-in backyard, including the BBQ, putting green and the seasonal pool. Please note the basement is a separate, occupied unit with its own private entrance and a separate fenced-in yard. No spaces are shared. Other things to note Professional Standards & Maintenance - Cleaning: We prioritize a premium experience for our guests. Every stay is preceded by a professional move-out and sanitization. To keep your stay stress-free, we do not require any checkout chores. - Maintenance: To keep the property in top shape, routine lawn care and weekly pool maintenance occur during the summer. We provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any necessary indoor maintenance or inspections. - Winter Care: Professional snow removal is provided for the driveway. We provide shovels and ice melt for guests to clear their deck and walkways. Space & Amenities - Duplex Privacy: This unit is an up/down duplex. Your unit is private with two (2) tandem driveway parking spaces, private laundry facilities, and backyard. - Please note the hot tub is unavailable. - Utilities & Essentials: All utilities and high-speed fibre internet are included. We provide a "Starter Kit" of premium essentials (toiletries/detergents) to get you settled; guests restock these as needed throughout their stay. Midterm Logistics - Mail & Deliveries: To maintain the residential nature of this property, personal letter mail is not permitted. We recommend a P.O. Box or the free Canada Post FlexDelivery service for personal mail, though courier packages (Amazon, FedEx) are always welcome. - Insurance: We recommend guests confirm their personal or employer liability coverage extends to their stay as we require $2M liability insurance prior to check-in. - Property Updates: We are continuously making small improvements to the home. As such, you may notice minor, fresh updates that differ slightly from the listing photos. - This home is professionally managed to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Our on-site and virtual team is available to assist you via the messaging platform should you have any questions or need support during your stay.
