This unit is within a 4 unit apartment building where the other 3 units are rented to long term tenants. You will occupy the 2 East unit, which is located in the front entry door (shared indoor foyer), up the steps and to the Left. The space You walk into the living room, down the hall is the kitchen and then both bedroom doors. At the end of the hall is the bathroom and the door to the rear foyer, access to the basement laundry and exit to the back parking pad. New hardwood floors throughout. The whole unit has darkening curtains ready. Guest access If you like ice cream, you are in luck, Ted Drew's iconic Custard is located 5 minutes walking distance East of here up Historic Route 66. It is a 10 minute walk to either major grocery store plazas of the St. Louis Metro Area (Schnucks or Dierbergs) and many local restaurants and iconic local businesses. 1 mile away there is a 24 hour Walgreens, CVS, Club Fitness, Planet Fitness. Also a Target store and Total Access Urgent Care medical facility. Car could be optional here: End of the block, bottom of the hill is access to The Great Rivers Greenway pedestrian and bike path along the River Des Peres tributary to the near by Mississippi River. This path is scheduled to interconnect all of St. Louis and from here currently connects northward 12 minute walk to the Metrolink light rail public transit system that goes to Forest Park (Zoo, Art Museum, History Museum, Science Center, etc.) and Downtown (The Arch, etc.) major attractions. Parking is free street parking out front or one reserved spot in rear off street alley parking pad.
