High Speed (100 down/10 up) internet is included! 3 miles from Fremont St, 7 miles from the Strip, & 10 mi from McCarran The space The apartment consists of a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. I recently renovated the apartment adding a fresh paint throughout and a luxury shower head. There are Queen sized beds in both bedrooms and a Queen sized bed that pulls out of the sleeper couch for a total guest capacity of 6. I have high speed (100 down/10 up) wifi and three smart TVs for you to use. The kitchen comes stocked with cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, as well as basic cooking supplies and the refrigerator has basic condiments. Guest access This listing is for the entire apartment. You have full use of the entire apartment. There is a coin operated laundry room around the corner of the building. Other things to note There are usually cold water bottles in the refrigerator. Help yourself to a bottle on the house!
