The space Originally an orchard, farm and stagecoach stop in the 1800's, then a summer camp in the 1920's and 1950's, this farmhouse has been lovingly brought back to life using handmade reclaimed elements, fixtures and lighting. The home is very comfortable, with down pillows and comforters on all the beds and down sofas. Extra blankets, towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans, spices and utensils needed to cook gourmet dinners for up to ten guests. One bedroom is located on the first floor. Four additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. A reading room on the second floor and a large living room and open floor plan kitchen/dining room on the first floor provide multiple spaces for relaxing with friends and family. A wood burning stove inside and an outdoor fire pit with plenty of quartered wood make for a cozy winter hideaway. Walking trails throughout the property invite you to explore and relax in diverse ecosystems including woods and wetlands.
