Outdoor spaces include kitchen, dining area, sitting area with fire pit, waterfall spa, cornhole station, as well as a hammock that can hold up to 500 lbs. There is a Queen sized platform bed as well as a sofa that easily converts to a twin size bed with the removal of the back seat cushions. The television is equipped with Direct TV and inclusive of HBO, and cable channels. The kitchen is fitted with new custom walnut cabinetry, Jenn Air stainless range and refrigerator, Nespresso Coffee Maker, microwave and plates and utensils for every day living. The bathroom has a tankless water heater, so there's never a worry of running out of hot water in the tub with shower. Washer Dryer available if needed. One Parking Space is reserved for the Airbnb Guest. There is also a Tesla Car Charger available. (@ $15/charge). The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with succulents and native Angeleno plants and you have a seating area, and a two person hammock to enjoy the outdoor and more views of Downtown Los Angeles.
