Fully equipped kitchen with all new steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and drinking glasses are included in the house. Full laundry with washer and dryer. Play room with soccer table, pool table, Air Hockey and chess. Air Conditioned and central heating. Two master suites, third bedroom with a queen size bed, fourth bedroom with two full beds and fifth bedroom with two single beds. Flat tvs in all bedrooms. 01 shared bathroom with a tub between the rooms with full/twin beds. 01 individual bath with tub. BEDROOMS 1ST FLOOR: • Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with private bathroom • Bedroom 2: Queen size bed BEDROOMS 2ND FLOOR: • Bedroom 3: King size bed with private bathroom • Bedroom 4: Minions themed bedroom with a twin bed and bunk bed • Bedroom 5: Mickey themed bedroom with two full beds Other things to note * POOL HEATING/SPA: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost with a minimum required of 7 sequential days or If the reservation is less than 7 days, it can be requested for the entire period of the stay. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the SPA is connected to the pool they do not operate independently. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. - Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag . No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. * No wash cloths provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. **Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One time fee per house per reservation : 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests = $45 NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED - NO PETS ALLOWED
