The space Sun Ray 1B is a great 1BD/1BA condo centrally located on the gulf side of the island and close to everything. This recently remodeled condo on the ground floor of the Sun Ray 6-plex, has a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, one bunk bed in the extra wide hallway and a Full size Futton in the living room, which can sleep up to 6 guests. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, granite counters and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The dining area sits 4 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance. This pet friendly unit is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – Approved pets require a non-refundable one-time pet fee per pet/stay - 2 pets max). Please note there is a hotel with a bar on the other side of the back fence, and it may play loud music. There is one parking spot per unit. The back patio has a portable charcoal grill available for guests. NO POOL, but a very SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. Guest access Registered guests will have access to the full condo and back patio shared areas Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors. **** Shared facilities and amenities are managed by Rayo del Sol II and are out of the scope of control of the owner or this particular property manager. We will do everything in our power to communicate the complex management for resolution but we are not responsible for these amenities, neither for noise coming from neighboring condos or properties **** House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet.
