Guests have full access to the home including two car garage parking and washer and dryer. The trail behind the house is relatively flat and great for walks, trail running, biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. There are numerous boulders scattered in the forest near the home that the kids love climbing. The trail behind the house connects to world class mountain biking trails including Corral, Armstrong Connector, Armstrong Pass, and connects to the famous Mr. Toads Wild Ride. Rare opportunity to snowmobile right out the backyard. The home is located off of a busy street so there is some street noise. There are neighbors on both sides of the house so please abide by quiet hours. Throughout the winter you can expect the driveway to be covered with packed down snow and ice. Chains or 4wd with snow tires are highly recommended. Snow removal service comes once daily if it snows more than a few inches. You may need to shovel snow to get out of the driveway if you need to get out prior to snow removal coming through or if the snow plow clearing the streets leaves a pile of snow at the end of the driveway. The home is outside of town so a car is required to get to stores, restaurants, etc. Uber/Lyft and Taxis are always a great option as well.
