Guest Suite with a Private Entrance

A spacious, comfortable, and clean guest suite with its own entrance in a quiet neighborhood, just 8 minutes from downtown, 28 minutes to Snowbowl, walking distance to various trails by Mt. Elden. The main part of the house is a separate Airbnb unit. The only thing you’ll be sharing is the backyard. The listed price is for up to two guests only. Please select the correct number of guests. *As in most of the houses in Flagstaff, there is no AC in the house. The space In a quiet yet convenient location in Flagstaff, walking distance to various trails near Mount Elden. The guest suite is accessible through the backyard, with its own entrance using a keycode specific to the guests. It is part of the main house, but the doors are locked from both sides. You may hear some noises from the main house, but we will try not to make excess noise - please do the same :) The room has a queen size bed (Purple Mattress), a tri-fold memory foam floor mattress (twin), and a loveseat that extends to be a twin futon. As with most of the houses in Flagstaff, we don’t have AC. We usually open the windows in the evening or after a rain (a window fan provided to help it), and close the windows/curtains to trap the cool air and block the sun in the morning. It is also nice to not hear AC units running in the neighborhood! Amenities include: mini fridge microwave coffee maker (drip, pour-over) electric kettle tea bags & locally roasted coffee space heater fan window fan hair dryer iron & small ironing board wine glasses bottle opener TV with Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon, Netflix. Please use the Guest account. Guest access There is a chain-link gate on the left side of the house. Go through the gate and side yard, turn right to go up steps. On the right, you will see a glass door with a green frame and "Welcome" mat. Other things to note Please park in front of the house, and not my neighbors’ houses. When snowing or snow is expected, please park in the space in front of the chain link gate, and not on the street.
