Charming Amagansett Trailer close to Montauk

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 4 DAY+ LONG STAYS. Enjoy this quaint and peaceful little trailer in the protected nature preserve of Napeaque. All of the comforts of a cottage, walking distance to a bay beach and a short car ride to Montauk, Amagansett town and the entire Hamptons. Sleeps 3-4 comfortably. 2 twin beds in the bedroom and 1 full sized futon in the main living room. Full bath, kitchen and fridge. The space Similar to a tiny home. This space is beautifully located, adorable, pristinely clean and well kept and stocked for an enjoyable and quiet weekend. There are a few minor quirks but nothing major. The water heaters in trailer units are small so 15min max hot otherwise enjoying cool showers are a part of the deal. Not a big deal for me and I’m fairly high maintenance:) . You can not use the blow dryer with the AC on at the same time or the power will go out and the freezer will not keep ice cream iced solid. However if that’s reasonable you will enjoy this reasonably priced (by Hamptons standards) and cozy little space. Guest access If you rent the entire unit, you will have full access. This is not a party rental or for people who wish to have the freedom to be loud. It is for singles or couples who are coming to get away for a few days in peace. These dates are limited so please inquire and DO NOT BOOK expecting the entire trailer before confirming with me. For room rentals, you may book as available and expect that I will be staying there in a small space. You will have the private bedroom with 2 twin beds and we will share the bathroom and fridge. The full kitchen, outdoor deck and living room are not part of a shared rental. You are free to spend time at the bay beach nearby, explore nature, tennis courts and having a car is highly recommended. Shared rentals of the room only includes the use of the shower in the morning and evening as you need and access to the Refrigerator for your snacks. Curfew is 12am I will be sleeping in the front room and appreciate you removing your shoes and quietly entering to retire to your room. WIFI included. During your stay Whether you are renting the small room or the entire unit I will meet you in person to check in. Other things to note If you rent the entire unit, you will have full access and will meet with me in person before entering the space. THIS IS NOT FOR PARTY PEOPLE.
