Bedroom 2 offers XL twin bunk beds with foam mattresses. The bedroom furniture may be rearranged or removed upon guest's request. Thoughtful touches, such as coat hooks and shoe rack in the foyer can be found throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries! Speaking of groceries, there’s a pantry to store your food too. In the kitchen is also where you’ll find a bar table and stools for mealtime. This fully furnished home includes bath towels and bedding. An initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper will be provided. The tenant should plan on refilling these items as needed. We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides ultra fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze! Coin-op laundry facilities are located in the building. 1 off street parking space is included.
