Set on a very special waterfront property in-between Big Turtle & Little Turtle lakes with access to Movil lake, access a boat landing less than one mile away, we do have a dock on the river with a platform to just relax on,And put in your kayaks from,You can spend your time on three lakes by boat & as many as 7 different lakes with river access in your canoes or kayaks. There are rentals for kayaks or canoes in Bemidji. This cozy retreat is perfect no matter the season. The space A cozy cabin feel in a 900 sq ft private apartment attached to the main house, this space that has all your needs met with 2 comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, the kitchen has all the amenities and nice bathroom set up,TV services with a Roku stick remote for movies and watching live TV channels ,The front porch is ideal for sunsets & lounging. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles and trailers. Car plug for cold winter months. We are close to a snow mobile main trail system off of big turtle lake on the north end, also we offer a Summer time Fire pit with seating for 4, wood provided. Summer time charcoal grill available. For a small nightly fee we now offer a docking slip for a mid sized boat on the platform up to18 ft in length. Guest access Guests have access to many amenities in the area such as Buena Vista Ski Resort just 2 miles North, a great winter escape with skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing & snowshoe trails. Convenient for winter activities like snowmobiling & ice fishing. In the summer access several different lakes through the Turtle River system. Bring your boat, kayaks, canoes & paddle boards. Enjoy a sand bar on Big Turtle Lake for swimming. A Convenient Store & Deli is a short 2 mile drive, they offer basic essentials, a liquor store, bait & licensing for fishing & hunting. Bemidji is a close 10 mile drive, check out Bemidji Brewery or walk around the quaint downtown. Sanford hospital is just 8.9 miles away
