Not corporately owned, our former residence and one and only Airbnb. The Beje is a second-floor condo offering security, privacy and quality in a prime location. We operate a weekday insurance office downstairs which is protected by ADT. Located in historic downtown LaGrange, you're just a short walk to coffee, restaurants, parks, antique shopping, Farmer's market and fabulous Main Street where the train rolls right down the middle. Ideal for single travelers, couples and small families. The space Built in 1895, charming historic elements and wood floors enhance the space while a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom offer today's desired amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals, as well as a fully stocked coffee bar for all of your coffee addictions. There's plenty of pantry/cabinet space for guests who plan to stay longer. The Beje is over a small business office which shares a private parking area in the back next to the alley. Our guests have lots of privacy and enjoy a birds eye view of the houses around them from the 2nd story covered deck. It's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There's just one bathroom, but it's spacious, well-designed and comfortable. There's a large, tiled shower with bench, glass doors, rainfall shower head and handheld sprayer. It has a double vanity with storage and counter space as well as a private water closet. The washer & dryer are just off the kitchen, convenient and out of the way, when it's time for laundry. The location lends itself well to long walks through the historic neighborhood or to shopping, eateries and local downtown events. You'll be just one block from the beautiful and newly renovated Spring Park which offers a play area for children, a splash pad and a pavilion for the Farmer's market. Or take a light stroll with the kids down to Walsh Park which offers a playground, gazebos, a picnic shelter with restrooms and plenty of ballgames at North Oldham Little League.
