There is a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill in the backyard, and the upstairs unit has access to the incredible roof deck. No Cleaning Fee! We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. Note: Sheets & Towels are NOT provided but can be rented locally for a fee. Allergies: We do not allow pets, but our house is NOT “pet free” as pets have stayed here. Bright, open and comfortable. Just a few houses from the beach in a very quiet part of town. Renters of the upper unit have access to the roof deck with views of the ocean and bay (limited). All guests have use of the outdoor showers, backyard, BBQ Grill and storage shed. Call, text or email. Whatever works for you. The LEHYC part of Beach Haven is a very desirable residential neighborhood. It is very quiet and a popular area for running, walking and biking. You'll need a car to get here, but once you arrive you'll be walking to the beach. Bikes are a great way to get around. Bring your own or rent on the island. Most bars, restaurants and shops are about 1 mile away. It's a nice walk or an easy bike ride. If you have young kids you may need to drive though. Typical check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am but can be flexible depending on whether other guests are scheduled. To get you started, a roll of Toilet paper is provided in each bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Guests will need to obtain any additional paper products themselves. Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags ARE provided. Parking for 3-4 cars on the property. Note: There is one external security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway/parking area.
