This home offers the best of both worlds, close to endless shopping, restaurants, beaches, a myriad of outdoor activities and some of the best fishing in SW Florida. Come and enjoy our beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA 1565 sq. ft. fully equipped home. The only thing you need to bring is YOU! We provide a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cook top, refrigerator, microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker, blender, place settings for 12, all utensils, everything to make a gourmet meal. For the griller in you, we provide an outdoor gas grill too. Don't worry about the linens, we provide sheets, wash clothes, plush towels and even beach towels. WiFi internet and cable TV also provided. We also have a PRIVATE boat lift and dock on a deep water canal with direct access to Matlacha Pass, Charlotte Harbor, Cayo Costa State Park, Cabbage Key, Captiva, Sanibel Island, Boca Granda, and the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a boat, bring it and tie it up to our dock. It's only a short 10 min ride to Matlacha Pass. If you want your boat out of the water we also provide a #6000 boat lift available upon request. Boat rentals are always an option and can be rented a short distance away. A boat ramp is less than a mile away. Enjoy the living room as you watch the huge flat screen TV while you lounge on the leather couch or just wind down as you read a book in the Florida room overlooking the canal. The master bedroom has a king size bed and also has a full bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two full beds and is also well appointed. It too has a generous closet for your clothes. If you need to do some laundry, NO WORRIES... there is a washer and dryer located in the laundry room located just off the kitchen. If you like fishing, boating, beaches,sunshine,shopping, the Old Key West lifestyle, relaxation, or you just want to get away from the cold up north, then this is your PARADISE. We want to make your experience one that will bring you back for more. Our local managers Karin and Christina will provide that personal touch and should you need anything during your stay are available only a short distance away.
