The Loft is on the third floor of our Boat House Cottage. It overlooks Bass Harbor and the setting sun in Bernard. You can watch the tide change from your private balcony or take the staircase to the shore. The bedroom and living area have AC with electric fireplaces in the bedroom and living area. The Loft accommodates two persons, including children and infants. Free wifi. The space The Loft has a private entrance with an interior staircase to the third floor. Guest access Launch your kayaks with the tide. Store them and your bicycles on your vehicle, please. Our rocky shore is reached by a staircase that leads to the water's edge. Other things to note We are on a private well and septic system. Please use water wisely and conserve as much as possible.
