Our pet friendly and quiet suite is situated in one of Charleston's oldest neighborhoods. It is centrally located to all that the LowCountry has to offer. It is an apartment with full kitchen that is situated above our detached garage. A quick and cheap Uber/Lyft ride away from it all! Less than 10 minutes to the historic downtown and the same distance to enjoy some fun in the sun at Folly Beach. A grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station along with a few restaurants are less than a mile away. The space Entire suite that has a separate entrance and driveway to ensure privacy. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and table. We are dog friendly and there is even a small space for you to put your dog outside in a fenced in area. This area is not to be confused with our private backyard, we have 2 dogs and this is not a common use area. There is a small 10’x20’ fenced in area to the right of the unit for you to use if you choose to keep your dog outside. Also separate laundry room if needed.
