Beau’s father “Goodie” built Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away and was his permanent residence for 25 years. You can see a lot of work has went into it. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Goodie’s is our home away from home. This is a shop style home on 30 beautiful acres. You will enjoy 2 ponds, a private discgolf course, sand beach, 2 docks, walking trail, fishing, fire pit, and so much more. We are located on the edge of the flint hills which is a must see when staying. The space People love waking up early and catching the sunrise over the pond with the sound of the windmill pumping water into the pond. Being only 1 mile from Olpe and 6 miles from Emporia it is close enough if you need something from town Guest access You are welcome to use all 30 acres of the property. We ask that you only fish with artificial bait and it is catch and release. Other things to note I will provide wood for fire pit and advise you if there is a burn ban and fires aren’t permitted. I will also provide charcoal for the grill
