Parking is also available at the Oasis Clubhouse only during the day. Property Access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. Reminders from Oasis Club: • NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots. • For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team. • Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted. • For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA. Guest registration and parking rules: • All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry. • Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing. • Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy. Other things to note • For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Our home is equipped with at least 1 additional child safety lock on every exterior door, a pool gate, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit and postings with local emergency contacts and pool safety/emergency information.
