Huge ⭐️ Private ⭐️ 25 acres - Rolling Meadows

Rolling Meadows is a country property on 25 beautiful acres 2.5 hours from the GTA. Your private two bedroom guest suite is approximately 2000 sq.ft. and easily sleeps 6 to 8. Full kitchen & dining area, huge living room, king sized bedroom, smaller second bedroom,(queen sized bed) and a sleep/relax area with twin trundle beds and washroom facilities with toilet & vanity and a separate shower space with vanity and washer/dryer. Park your vehicle(s) at your French doors. We live upstairs. The space Just outside your private entrance there is a patio set and lounge chairs along with a seating area on the deck next to the pond. Enjoy long walks, bike rides or cross country ski or toboggan along our trails. Every season has something special to offer. Lilacs in the spring, watching the many fields green up along with the return of migratory birds. We have lots of deer, wild turkeys and rabbits here and there are local lakes for fishing and boating. Have a game of volleyball or badminton in the field. Or you might hunt for sweet grass as you stroll the trails. Watch the abundance of trees bloom into gorgeous hues of red, orange and yellow with Autumn. Winter ushers in a soft blanket of white and the crystal snowflakes sparkle like diamonds in the sun. Enjoy the charm of visiting and shopping in local villages and towns. Drift down the Saugeen River on a tube, canoe or paddle board or whatever “floats your boat”. There are many museums, art galleries (including the Tom Thompson) and antique shops to browse through. Owen Sound is 20 minutes north of us or Lake Huron and Sauble Beach 45 minutes west. Blue Mountain, Beaver Valley and Devil’s Glen ski clubs are short drive away. There are too many attractions in the area to list here that can keep you entertained or you can just relax and be happily occupied here at Rolling Meadows. Indoors we have puzzles and board games along with books to read. There are several televisions and though we don’t have “cable tv”, all are smart TVs set up with Roku connections. We also have CD’s and DVD’s for you to enjoy in the entertainment unit.The Airbnb space is located in the lower level of the house and has 10’ high ceilings, approximately 2000 square feet, it’s own parking and private entrance and we live upstairs. All of the photos of the Airbnb guest space are of the lower level. Guest access The property is 25 acres and you are welcome to enjoy many of the trails. There are outdoor cameras that monitor only the perimeter of our property. There are no cameras inside the house. Other things to note Although we have wifi at the house, it is only used to provide access to Prime, YouTube, etc., for the televisions. We have rural internet here and the system cannot support multiple users and devices. We don't share the password for the internet with guests. You are welcome to use your phone data to login. Please note that we do live upstairs on the upper floor. Also, the Airbnb is only for guests and not tenants.
