The location of this property is perfect for a family ! The grocery store is next to this housing development as you exit to the south. To the north you have many fast food, restaurants , miniature golf and of course Grand Park ! I-31, 5 minutes to the East , can take you to Carmel, IN. Carmel has several excellent restaurants, theater and concert venues as well ! There is also the Monon Center where you can enjoy a state of the art indoor activity center including pools inside and a Waterpark outside !
