Chalet Amico just 1h15 minutes from Montréal, 40 minutes to Mont-Tremblant, 25 minutes to Saint-Sauveur and only 10 minutes to Val-David. Our cottage has a unique concept consisting of 2 Wings : Main Est Wing and a secondary West Wing with its A-Frame roof, which gives it lots of charm and an undeniable feeling of warmth. It is close to everything yet isolated from the hubbub. A little piece of heaven with its very private sandy beach facing an always beautiful sunset The space With 1,825 sq.ft of living space, 50k sq.ft of land, 4 bedrooms and a basement, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room, our intimate cottage provides a sublime atmosphere of relaxation and resourcefulness. Only 3 properties Around Lake Amico and almost no neighbours in sight, Chalet Amico gives you plenty of space to find yourself. Full kitchen, with microwave oven, stove & fridge, many coffee machines (Keurig & a 12 cup drip and a french-press) a 4 toaster and a toaster-oven, water boiler, blender and a panini-grill. A large terrace with table for 10 under a beautiful gazebo along with a BBQ. With a shore line of over 345 feet long facing the sunset, you have all the privacy to enjoy our exclusive sandy & sunny beach in the summer and the Kayaks & Paddle boats provided for free. On the private Beach you also have a Large fire pit, lots of chairs and a nice wooden picnic table. Take all the time you have to enjoy our Large lot , where you'll find a beautiful Hammock for you to relax, surrounded by luscious greenery. In the Winter enjoy the numerous activities all available nearby. A snowmobile track is right in front of our chalet. Cross-country skiing as well as Alpine skiing are just a 10 to 30 minutes drive. Due to the change in temperature, we cannot guarantee the lake will be fully or properly frozen, for that reason we do NOT recommend you or any of your guests go on or near the lake. Doing so will be at your own risk and perils. Be advised that outside Security Cameras are in operation 24/7. There can be no refunds or compensations in case of a storm, bad weather, road closures, electric and or water outages, internet interruptions or slow internet speed and any other unforeseen events outside of Chalet Amico control. Guest access Entire Chalet/Cottage as well as 345 feet of shallow access lakefront for swimming, kayaking or going on the paddle boat (Life jackets provided) in the summer months. In the winter due to the change in temperature, we cannot guarantee the lake will be fully or properly frozen, for that reason we do NOT recommend you or any of your guests go on or near the lake. Doing so will be at your own risk and perils. Be advised that outside Security Cameras are in operation 24/7 Other things to note No unauthorised visitors will be allowed. To avoid having your request declined, please make sure you enter the exact number of adults (18 and over) comprising your party along with the exact number of kids (under 18) and toddlers and babies. Thanks Electric outlets and stairs are NOT child-proof. Also some cleaning products and maintenance tools and accessories present in and around chalet are NOT child-proof. By requesting a booking you acknowledge the above mentioned and take full responsibility for any accident that may happen during your stay! The basement is perfect for entertainment purposes. It has a wood-burning stove, a 70 in smart 4K ROKU TV with Wi-Fi, a Soccer table and 1 Couch & 2 Sofa-beds.
