Capri Haven: Close to Downtown & Folly Beach

My home on James Island is centrally located just a short drive to Downtown Charleston (4 miles) or Folly Beach (6 miles). The perfect in-between, in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood a street away from the tidal creeks. Folly Road, local restaurants, stores & gas stations are just a few blocks away. The space My Newly remodeled Capri Haven room has new hardwood floors, Queen sized, Zinus bed with 5 pillows for optimal comfort. Roku tv with Netflix, Amazon Video & Discovery Plus. Small table & chairs, luggage rack and a full length mirror for primping. Sound machine for calming sleep, touch lamp with 2 prong plug & usb port to charge your devices. Closet with hangers & a hanging organizer, 5-bath towels, 3-beach towels, 2-beach chairs & a bath robe. Ceiling fan & an oscillating floor fan to stay extra cool. The bathroom, with a stocked shower, is located at the end of a short hall. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house except for the other bedrooms and the den... aka "Romeo's Room". My sweet kitty. Feel free to sit outside under the tin roof porch (or swing) & listen to the peaceful sounds of nature or on the back deck for privacy. Popular neighborhood for walking, jogging & biking. During your stay **Self check-in with a lockbox is only offered if I can't be available** Check in time is 3pm-9pm (I go to bed early & wake up early). Message me before booking if a later check-in is needed and I'll see what I can arrange if possible. I like to greet my guests when they arrive. I'll show you around, answer any questions & offer some local recommendations, if asked. I'm a friendly & social person but I will respect your privacy & space. Don't hesitate to message me if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. Other things to note I have 1 furry baby that stays in my den (when I'm not home) my cat, Romeo. He isn't allowed outside or in the guest bedrooms (without permission). Some guests love to spend time with Romeo & that's cool, too.
