Additional Units Available *Cleaning/Sanitation Info Below* The space Quaint, smoke free environment in a quiet neighborhood, near downtown Dayton, less than 10 minutes from I-75. 2 Bedroom Apartment with two (2) Queen Beds (Sleeps 2-4), 1 Bath, Kitchen with appliances, dishes, glassware and cookware, wifi, access to laundry facilities and check in/out at your leisure. It is 4 miles (8 minutes) to downtown Dayton and Oregon District--a 2 block strip of dining, live music, shopping, and entertainment venues, 12 miles to WPAFB (17 min), 8 miles (16 minutes) to the Dayton Airport and 3 miles (7 minutes) to I-75. *Cleaning/Sanitation Info* I know that the majority of us are very concerned about cleaning and disinfecting and my team and I do our best to provide a clean and comfortable space. We only allow bookings with a minimum of 72 hours between guests. During this time frame we are not only performing our normal cleaning routine but also include a two day sanitation procedure utilizing an initial chemical sanitation process followed with use of a commercial air purifier.
