Bedrooms: (5) >Comfortably accommodate 8 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a Smart TV. >A Pack 'n Play and premium air mattress are available upon request for an additional $25 charge each. Bathrooms (3): >Each bathroom is stocked with a starter set of soap and toilet paper, along with plush towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. Guest access: >This fully fenced property is yours to enjoy privately. >Detailed self check-in instructions will be sent a few days prior to arrival for your convenience. Parking: >Driveway is located behind the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Cleaning: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Dishwasher pods are provided › Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. Parties & Events: >No parties, receptions, or events are allowed. >The home is in a residential neighborhood with local ordinances prohibiting loud music or noise after 10 PM. >Violating this rule may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees. >For any questions regarding entertaining, please contact us.
