New 3 bedroom B-N-B near Zion National Park

With the entire space to yourself, the options are endless. The space The Bed & Breakfast is the entire level of our home at approximately 1900 square feet. It's been recently updated and transformed but we are still working on a few things here and there. We have made the nightly rate low since we are new to hosting and hope that it can accommodate your travel needs. It is fully furnished with most of your kitchen necessities. It has it's own entrance, paved drive way, and carport. The open floor plan allows for plenty of comfortable space to sit back and relax. There's three bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The master includes a large screen television with a DVD player. 7 guests are allowed to stay at this property. The couch can be used to sleep on and a porta-crib can be used when requested from the hosts in advance. Guest access This new Bed & Breakfast includes the entire space of the basement of the property. Which includes a large kitchen and eating area, large open family room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room. Guests can enter the property from the most northern side of the house under the paved carport. Parking under the carport is allowed and encouraged. There is plenty of room for two vehicles on the drive way and depending on the vehicle, a third vehicle can fit. Automatic outdoor lights will engage once the sensor observes movement. Enter into the stairwell and follow the stairs down to the entrance into the bed & breakfast. The day fee to enter into a local state park in the Southern Utah area is $20/day for non-residents. (Pass does not include national parks)
