There is a bathroom for the two bedrooms to share, and the master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, the community pool, the courtyard, and two parking spaces. Other things to note Pets are allowed for a non refundable flat fee of $120 per pet. If you bring a pet, the pet MUST relieve themself outside of the courtyard on public property. It is a $250 fine if this rule is not followed. * All minors under the age of 18 need to be supervised in the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the community pool.* Absolutely no smoking inside the property. There will be a $500 fine issued if this rule is violated.* There are two covered parking spots for the unit. One is located immediately behind the unit, the other is towards the middle of the block by the trash cans. Both parking spots are notated as having an 18 on the parking curb.
