Your perfect Verde Valley retreat awaits! The space This charming guest house is a thoughtfully designed private retreat for your comfort and enjoyment. Indoor Living: Living Room: Features a comfortable sofa bed and a 42-inch HDTV with streaming services. Dedicated Workspace: A convenient desk area for those needing to stay connected. Bedroom: A serene space with a plush king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave), a blender, toaster, and essential cookware. Coffee Station: Your choice of a Keurig, Nespresso, or a standard coffee maker. Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use. Outdoor Oasis: Your own private, fully fenced backyard sanctuary includes: Private Hot Tub: For your exclusive use and relaxation. Fire Pit: A cozy area with comfortable seating for evening gatherings. Gas BBQ Grill: Perfect for cookouts under the stars. Sun Chairs: For soaking up the Arizona sun. Scenic Views: Breathtaking views of Sedona and Mingus Mountain. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy with exclusive access to the entire guest house and its private amenities. Private Entrance: Access the property through a secure gate. Private Garage: You have a private single-car garage with direct entry into the guest house. It includes a 50-AMP car charger (guests must provide their own compatible charging cable). Entire Guest House: You have the entire indoor space to yourself. Private Backyard: The entire fenced backyard, including the private hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill, is for your exclusive use. Pickleball Court: Access to the shared pickleball court is available by appointment only. Optional Pool Access: You have the option to rent private access to the saltwater pool at the main house (see Notes for details). Other things to note * **Pickleball Court:** Use of the court is available by appointment only. Please coordinate with your host in advance to schedule a date and time. * **Optional Pool Access:** You may have the option to rent private access to the saltwater pool at the main house. This must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. The fee is $30 per hour or $125 per day (11:00 am to 7:00 pm). * **Private Hot Tub:** Your guest house includes its own private hot tub for your exclusive use. The hot tub at the main house is not available to guests. *Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the property and in the garage.
